How do you ship?

When do you ship?
We typically ship your products the same day; however, if shipping to the West or South coastal states, we ship on Mondays so our products don’t sit on a truck over a weekend.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to the Continental U.S.

Rates to ship?
Shipping is always free.
Expedited shipping is a flat $5.00 fee

How to track an order that’s been shipped?
The sender/purchaser will receive a tracking number for the order after it has been placed.


What can be returned?
If you are not satisfied in any way, please let us know and we will replace your products (or credit the purchaser).

When do items need to be returned?
If something isn’t to your liking, please feel free to return it within 30 days of purchase.

How do customers return items?
Please contact us and explain why the products did not meet your expectations and we will provide you a return shipping label.

Credit for returns?
We will either re-ship your order or refund your purchase in full to the credit card you used to make the purchase. If you were a recipient to a gift, we will send you a new gift.
